FoodPanda Drives Awareness for PandaMart

Pandamart, a new feature in the Foodpanda mobile application offers on-demand delivery services for groceries, household products as well as other essentials. With the objective of generating awareness on this new offering, Foodpanda included OOH in its media mix knowing that 95% of people who viewed OOH advertisements would be able to learn something new about the brand*. Furthermore, Foodpanda being an online brand, believes in offline to online activation whereby OOH is able to increase mobile click-through rates by 15%**.

Foodpanda augmented their brand noticeability by utilising multiple spectacular OOH media on key roads and intracity expressways such as Jalan Sultan Ismail, Persiaran Kewajipan, the SPRINT Highway, LDP, as well as other high-traffic roads. To further reach audiences across their daily touch-points, Foodpanda also delivered their campaign messages at KL Sentral, Malaysia’s largest transit hub that integrates the Klang Valley transit network. This transit network consists of the LRT, KL Monorail, MRT, ERL and KTM, which serves an array of demographics across all regions of the Klang Valley.
