Shukor Ariffin
- Chief Executive Officer -
Shukor has been named Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in November 2017 and serves on its Board of Directors.

Shukor has played a key role in strategic business planning and product development and innovation since he joined the company in 2003. Prior to being appointed as the CEO, Shukor successfully managed the Business Development and Corporate Planning department, responsible in managing and developing activities of business concerned with the production of innovative media formats that would cascade the brand messages of advertisers effectively to targeted consumers. He also reviews Big Tree’s financial statements and other performance data to measure strategic and organic growth are in alignment with company’s business objectives. Shukor is as well responsible to formulate and execute plans for enhancement of resources to consistently meet the requirements of business partners and stakeholders. He rose to the ranks of General Manager of Operations in 2011, and Chief Operating Officer in July 2017.

Before joining Big Tree, he has served with PLUS, Medas Corporation and Azlan & Associates Consulting, contributing to the accumulation of experience in stakeholder management and a meticulous comprehension of financial and legal fundamentals.

Shukor graduated from the University of Bradford with a Bachelor of Science (Economics).
Muhamad Fariz Mustafa
- General Manager, Operations -
Fariz serves as the General Manager of Operations. He is responsible to consistently meet defined metrics to achieve operational objectives entailing expansion of business, coordination of organisational conduct, product innovation and site development.

Fariz plays a key role in the identification and acquisition of new revenue generating streams in Malaysia and abroad within the scope of out-of-home (OOH) advertising which include undertaking market research and analysing industry data. His insights are pivotal in the establishment and innovation of aesthetically appealing and technologically-advanced media formats allowing advertisers to engage consumers with refined OOH advertising experience. Furthermore, he manages relationship with concessions, along with generating ideas and initiatives to achieve synergistic growth within established partnerships.

Prior to being in Big Tree in 2009, Fariz had a collective three-year stint in UEM Land Holdings and Messrs. Abu Talib Shahrom, advising on legal matters with respect to government and local authority regulations in all business operations and investments.

Fariz holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Syariah Law & Practice from the same university.
Ling Siew Lan
- General Manager, Big Drive -
Ling is the General Manager for Big Drive, responsible for designing and implementing strategic business plans that expand Big Drive’s customer base for media formats along roads and expressways. She also identifies market shifts to fulfil brands’ advertising goals, whilst optimising their investments, along with the growth of Big Tree.

Ling joined Big Tree in the year 1999 as an Assistant Sales Manager for Big Drive. She has been the key personnel to engage high-profile advertisers from the financial and food & beverage industries to comprehend and trust on the capacities of out-of-home advertising with Big Tree.

Within her current 34 years of experience in sales, Ling has a longstanding 19-year stint in sales within the industrial, IT and airport advertising sectors prior to her employment with Big Tree; forming a foundation for the broad overview and profound understanding on various industries’ advertising needs. Within her scope of airport advertising, Ling single-handedly managed the entire sales process in meeting advertisers’ campaign ideology whilst optimising the investments of stakeholders.

Ling earned her Certificate in Quantity Surveying from Tunku Abdul Rahman (TAR) University College.
Gan Kai Wen
- General Manager, Big Ride, Big Buy, Big Fly & Big D'gital -
Kai Wen is the General Manager leading the sales divisions of Big Ride (transit), Big Buy (retail), Big Fly (airports) and Big D’Gital (digital media formats). She develops sales strategies to qualify for market trend and to ensure Big Tree and advertisers would consistently have the leading edge in advertising. Additionally, Kai Wen determines business opportunities through multiple routes of penetrating the multitier segments of every industry.

Kai Wen joined Big Tree in 2004, serving the Big Drive division and establishing her sales influence amongst reputable advertisers. She led the Big Ride and Big Buy divisions in 2010 as a Group Account Director, then moved up the ranks to her current role in 2014. Prior to joining Big Tree, Kai Wen explored multilevel-marketing and the retail industry.

Kai Wen attained her Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in international studies from the University of Malaya (UM).
Nita Zulkifli
- General Manager, Integrated & Intelligence Marketing -
Nita is the General Manager of Integrated & Intelligence Marketing. She combines analytics and communication skills with a holistic integration of media formats within out-of-home and across other media platforms; to deliver brand messages to precise audience at the right time. She oversees market analysis and research in identifying industry trends and opportunities to achieve maximal creativity and penetration of campaign implementation. Nita is also responsible in maintaining consistency in branding and corporate identity across all marketing and public relations channels.

Nita joined Big Tree in 2001 and pioneered the development and actualisation of ambient media across all Big Tree divisions. Her skills in meticulous planning and coordination had been recognised through her ability in managing events with key partners of Big Tree. Later, Nita was made responsible to lead and cultivate the sales and organic growth of the transit and retail divisions. She also played a key role in developing and marketing Big Tree’s inaugural digital media formats.

Nita earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Nottingham Trent University and an Advanced Diploma in Marketing and Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Olympia Business School.
