Stephanie Wong
- Chief Operating Officer, Big Tree -
Stephanie has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO), Big Tree in August 2022.

Prior to becoming the COO of Big Tree, Stephanie was the Chief Operating Officer for Media Prima OMNiA, a newly integrated revenue platform under Media Prima Group where she was a pioneering member. In her previous role, Stephanie identified new collaborative opportunities with key stakeholders and led the robust transformation of young OMNiA talents to be able to lead and adapt to the company’s outstanding vision. With over 20 years of experience in the Malaysian media industry, she exercises her interpersonal, analytical and strategic business-planning skills together with her vast knowledge of working with major stakeholders from diverse industries to bring forth exciting innovations and advancements into Big Tree’s operations. Stephanie capitalises on the bullish growth of Digital, Omni-channel and Interactive Out-of-Home (OOH) to unleash more value to the Malaysian OOH scene and give advertisers cutting-edge and data-driven platforms for them to produce creatively engaging content.

Before joining Big Tree, Stephanie served with Media Prima OMNiA as a Sales Director before assuming her role as COO, she was also the General Manager for Media Prima TV Network, Sales Manager for Seni Jaya and a Portfolio Investment Analyst for AmBank Consultant.

Stephanie graduated from Monash University, Melbourne and Sunway College with a Bachelor of Commerce.
Muhamad Fariz Mustafa
- General Manager, Operations -
Fariz serves as the General Manager of Operations. He is responsible to consistently meet defined metrics to achieve operational objectives entailing expansion of business, coordination of organisational conduct, product innovation and site development.

Fariz plays a key role in the identification and acquisition of new revenue generating streams in Malaysia and abroad within the scope of out-of-home (OOH) advertising which include undertaking market research and analysing industry data. His insights are pivotal in the establishment and innovation of aesthetically appealing and technologically-advanced media formats allowing advertisers to engage consumers with refined OOH advertising experience. Furthermore, he manages relationship with concessions, along with generating ideas and initiatives to achieve synergistic growth within established partnerships.

Prior to being in Big Tree in 2009, Fariz had a collective three-year stint in UEM Land Holdings and Messrs. Abu Talib Shahrom, advising on legal matters with respect to government and local authority regulations in all business operations and investments.

Fariz holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Syariah Law & Practice from the same university.
 
Nita Zulkifli
- General Manager, Marketing & Creative Services -

Nita is the General Manager of Marketing & Creative Services. She ideates and implements both offline and online marketing and communication strategies in augmenting sales initiatives as well as to continuously build the brand of Big Tree. She curates effective storytelling resonated by creative ideation in delivering Big Tree’s campaign messages to impact stakeholders. Nita oversees market analysis and research in identifying industry trends and opportunities, also to have objective insights on audiences for enhanced campaign implementation.

Nita joined Big Tree in 2001 and pioneered the development and actualisation of ambient media across all Big Tree divisions. Her skills in meticulous planning and coordination had been recognised through her ability in managing events with key partners of Big Tree. Later, Nita was made responsible to lead and cultivate the sales and organic growth of the transit and retail divisions. She also played a key role in developing and marketing Big Tree’s inaugural digital media formats. 

Nita earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Nottingham Trent University and an Advanced Diploma in Marketing and Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Olympia Business School.

Nor Ajla Mohamad Din
- Manager, Procurement & Corporate Services -
Ajla is the Manager of Procurement & Corporate Services. Her role involves supervising the strategic process of finding cost-effective deals and suppliers through competitive bidding and intensive negotiations with external stakeholders. On top of developing monthly occupancy and sales reports to concessions, she also employs her meticulous and firm attributes to ensure that all HR, IT and administrative-related functions are met to manage external relationships and internal expectations.

Before playing a key role in Big Tree in 2009, Ajla managed quotation requests and performed commercial evaluation and negotiations as a Quantity Surveyor. She also spent five years managing HR and administration.

Ajla graduated from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and a Diploma in Building.
Ellie Noordin
- Head of Finance -
Ellie is the Head of Finance. She is responsible for optimising the company’s financial returns by initiating and improving effective financial and internal controls. Her resilience and proactive approach allow her to lead the financial team in delivering financial data to support the management and board of directors, as well as establishing financial and management procedures that support performance needs for the company’s growth and expansion plan. Her role also includes coordinating financial planning and analysis and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements relating to statutory financial reporting and tax statutory submissions.

Ellie joined Big Tree in 2010 as an Executive before assuming her role as the Head of Finance. Prior to joining Big Tree, she was an Auditor at KPMG, co-leading the auditing processes for subsidiaries such as Petronas, KTM and the Malaysian Palm Oil Council.

Ellie obtained her Bachelor's in Accounting and Commercial Law from the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
