At Big Tree, we believed our digital out-of-home (DOOH) formats could do more than just advertise — they could inform, remind and occasionally, nudge.
Through Amalan Sihat, we used our digital screens to share five simple health reminders: practice a balanced diet, quit smoking, get at least 30 minutes of exercise five times a week, manage stress and prioritise quality sleep.
These weren’t new ideas — just the kind of everyday advice that often got overlooked in the rush of daily life. By placing these messages in high-traffic areas, we hoped to reach people in moments of pause — while waiting, commuting or walking — with reminders that good health could begin with small, doable steps.
Our screens were part of the cityscape, and through Amalan Sihat, we wanted to make that space a little more meaningful — not just for brands, but for people.
Because sometimes, a quick glance at a screen was all it took to rethink your next step.
